This hand knotted bracelet was inspired by the Mursi tribes of Ethiopia. The cover their children's bodies in white clay paint which is believed to help protect a child from the supernatural. It is crafted with jet black cotton thread and adorned with cream beading. It's center piece is rounded volcanic stone. Details include smaller cut volcanic stones and a touch of black crystals brought together by silver coloured grommets.
