RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Hopefully you love your Tribe + Fable order but if on the off chance, you are not completely completely satisfied- You are of course welcome to return or swap it(them) for something else! 

IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM FROM WITHIN THE UK:

FIRSTLY....

Call us on 07729 532 352 or email sales@tribeandfable.com within 7 working days of receipt of purchase and ask for a 'Return Authorisation (RA) number'.

SECONDLY....

If you are returning your item from the UK, we suggest that you use the 'Royal Mail Special for orders exceeding £100 or recorded Delivery for orders Less than £100' service ensuring that your item(s) are fully insured in case of loss or damage.

THIRDLY:

Please place items in their original packaging and ensure that the outer box and mailing bag is completely sealed. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. We are not liable to refund you if the item(s) is returned to us broken.

FINALLY:

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited from your credit/debit card (including delivery) will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days. If you do not return the goods delivered to you, in the way detailed above, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you. Postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

 

IF YOU ARE RETURNING SOMEWHERE FROM OUTSIDE THE UK:

FIRSTLY....

SECONDLY....

We recommend using a FedEx collection for your return. Please ensure that you write clearly on the FedEx paperwork that the item is being returned.

 THIRDLY....
