RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Hopefully you love your Tribe + Fable order but if on the off chance, you are not completely completely satisfied- You are of course welcome to return or swap it (them) for something else! You can call us for a consultation on an item that may suit you better and we can help with your colouring needs and toning with other garments or items you may have.

IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM FROM WITHIN THE UK:

FIRSTLY....

Call us on 07740 874111 or email sales@tribeandfable.com within 7 working days of receipt of purchase and ask for a 'Return Authorisation (RA) number'. Returns must then be sent to us right away, within 4 working days.

SECONDLY....

If you are returning your item from the UK, we suggest that you use the 'Royal Mail Special for orders exceeding £50 or recorded Delivery for orders Less than £50 service ensuring that your item(s) are insured in case of loss or damage.

THIRDLY:

Please place items in their original packaging and ensure that the outer box and mailing bag is completely sealed. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. We are not liable to refund you if the item(s) is returned to us is used, worn, damaged or broken. If your order was free carriage and you return your entire order or a value of items that is under our free carriage threshold, the cost of sending will be deducted.

FINALLY:

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited from your credit/debit card (including delivery) will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days. If you do not return the goods delivered to you, in the way detailed above, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you. Postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

 

IF YOU ARE RETURNING SOMEWHERE FROM OUTSIDE THE UK:

FIRSTLY....

SECONDLY....

We recommend using a FedEx or DHL collection for your return. Please ensure that you write clearly on the FedEx or DHL paperwork that the item is being returned.

 THIRDLY....

Please place items in their original packaging and ensure that the outer box and mailing bag is completely sealed. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. We are not liable to refund you if the item(s) is returned to us broken.
